Payment Methods Accepted
Yolanda Ransom Consulting, LLC accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa, as well as PayPal payments. Payment is due prior to the delivery of services and your payment method will be charged the day you place your order.
There are no refunds or cancellations issued for coaching sessions or packages. No refunds (prorated or otherwise) are issued for completed sessions or for no-shows/missed sessions. Sessions can be rescheduled as necessary within 3 months of the original purchase date by contacting email@example.com. Please reschedule in ample time to ensure that previously scheduled sessions are not missed.
Consulting, Training and Speaking Services
No refunds are issued for completed services. These services will be governed by the terms of the contract agreement between Yolanda Ransom Consulting, LLC (via Yolanda Ransom Consulting, LLC) and each client (Company or Organization).
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. Please contact us for assistance firstname.lastname@example.org if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
We do not issue refunds for physical products except in cases of defect or damage. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact email@example.com to request a refund or replacement within 30 days of your order date.
Yolanda Ransom Consulting, LLC and all services and terms are governed by New Jersey law.
